Old School Said: I will be 59 in about a week. Where have the years gone?
You're still a young puppy. Wait until you get old like me! It's startig to get harder setting a 40' ladder then dragging a 20' hook ladder up!

Solid customer means: If I get the money from the adjuster, we do the work. My cut of the profits for my 2 trips to Dallas = $23,333. Including driving time, proposal, Ill have about 4 days invested in the job for what I do.
Went well with the adjuster, job looks likely. So, whatever I make per hour on this job, should have been double what it will be because, if the adjuster known what he was doing, it wouldnt have required a 2nd trip. That said, the second adjuster was much better than the first.
Which says insurance pays. B) :) :) B) Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day

Well I have to drive back to Dallas (345 miles) tomorrow to look at the same shopping center roof that I spent 4 hours looking at with an independent adjuster last week. Not sure why Hartford decided to reject the independent's appraisal and send a staff adjuster...
