Same as OS. And JSC is right on target. The good news is that April '11 was wet . . . the bad news is that April '11 was wet. Lots of service calls on marginal workmanship and marginal roofs did not stand up to Mother Nature's test. Work booked for at least the next couple of months . . . .

I am trying to stay cool. It is hot up here and it is not all that hot. Boy, what will I do when it does get hot?
