I was a 6th degree when I had to give it up! That was about 15 years ago. 3 total knee replacements and 63 years on the old body can and will change your tune. I am feeling good though and I can still roof with the best of them. As long as I am not hurting, it is fun.

My heart thinks I'm still a 2nd degree black belt that can skin 99 out of a hundred guys. My brain, which is a little slower on the uptake, knows that this 1-legged roofer isn't whipping anyone these days.
