Could I inquire as to what would be considered high pay for this sort of work down in "your neck of the woods"? >>>

Hey Willie, if I remember I am in your neck of the woods. I was REALLY interested in the position as I began to read, thinking this is a job for me. You sure know how to scare them away!!! A person with all of those qualities will always work hard and long hours and will do most anything for the company and, at the same time, will want the security they deserve.>>>

OLE Willie

I forgot, you need your own Truck and tools. Must provide your own gas and maintenance. Also much of the work is steep and high. However, this is a high paying job for the right person. Still Interested? ;)>>>

OLE Willie

I need a residential roofer with some sales experience who has a nose like a coon dog for finding roof leaks. Not someone who half arses everything they do but somone who will set up appointments with the leads i provide ( nearly always as many or more than 1 man can handle ) do what they said, when they said they would do it. If your not sure what you can do then just say i'll have to let you know when i can. This person must have extensive knowledge of all things that cause roof leaks. ( unfortunately most 'nailers' lack this "extensive" knowledge ) Must be willing to work long hours during the week and half days on Saturdays. Must be willing to go inside each house/building and measure from a window edge to the leak source and write it down. Go in the attic etc. Do whatever is necessary to "know" what the problem is NO GUESSING! Must be willing to perform some of the smaller repairs on site personally. Larger repairs can be passed on to a repair guy, however, You must have exceptional communication skills and be willing to get materials to the job if it is passed on. If their is a problem with any of your/his work "you" must be willing to fix it right away not next week or next month. Your next paycheck will not be issued until said warranty issue is repaired. Pay will be commission based. No Salary. No benefits. You must be reliable, show up every day "early" and knock off "late". You must be very honest and trustworthy. Down here we "hang em" when their caught stealing the companys work. Side Jobs Etc.. Must be drug free, neat in appearnance and clean shaven at all times. Drunks, Drug Addicts and Long Haired Hippies need not apply!>>>
