Chuck Said: You cant take that money with ya to the other side! Peace!
You mean like, Oklahoma?
I'm in absolutely no danger whatsoever concerning insurance fraud because I don't do any insurance work. I mean you have to attend conferences and stuff like that. Hold the ladder while the adjuster farts his way up it. Etc... I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, just that I don't care for it. You can't take that money with ya to the other side! Peace!
Chuck Said: Fortunately, I wouldnt know anything about it. I work for homeowners not insurance companies and I set my own pricing rather than allowing insurance companies to do so. But I do understand that orange is the new black, I just found a different way rather than go along. Good Luck!
In the hailbelt, if you don't know how to play the insurance game, you're leaving a LOT on the table. A new 300 SQR TPO roof paid for by the customer around here goes for $350-400/SQR. When an insurance company pays on the claim, legally you cannot do the roof for less - it is fraud if you do. The insurance company recently paid $1,352/SQR for this "hypothetical" roof. Now before those who don't understand insurance work squawk, tell me how you propose to do that roof for $375/SQR and risk being charged with fraud because you left money in the insured's pocket. You don't, you do it for $1,352.
