WEbsites keep getting worse? I know having a goofy Tablet does Not help. Looking at the Ford site and build your own new vehicle. What a riot. This was a very easy thing to do 5 years ago.......

I know what you mean twill. 2 different sites come to mind. Googlemaps is one. They recently changed it and I hated the new site. At least they were smart enough to make it where you can use either site, classic or the new one.

Another one was a realty companies site that had a ton of foreclosed homes for sale on it and it was so easy to use and find them. It also had tons of information about each one and pics. Once they changed it, I couldn't find a thing. I finally just quit trying.

The web company I use to do my site had a rep call me and say they are upgrading to "new and improved" sites and I would have to purchase one because the old sites are "outdated" and being eliminated. I was very reluctant but after much insistence from the rep I decided to go with a new site just to not have to switch companies. ( which I almost did ) They told me it would be based on the text and pics in my existing site it would just have a better look and feel and be higher ranked with the search engines. When they finished it and emailed me a link to see it, it was absolutely terrible. They added tons of "general" pics and info. I was so mad I could have kicked a pipe jack. I called them and asked for a senior manager. Come to find out the sales rep lied to me and I can keep the old site. They refunded the money I paid for the new site design. It never went live.
