Who Forgot To Pay The Electricity Bill For This Site Tonight?

Chuck, I put the court topic on NRG Forums to keep it from public viewing.

But, yesterday I got a notice that "Supposedly" the home owners father just passed away, so they now have an additional 2 month continuance.

This is from November, 2006 and I already won Mandatory Non-Binding Arbitration from a 3 Judge panel back in December of 2008. So, if it actually goes forth in August, it will have been 2 years and 9 months since I did the work that I didn't get paid for.

If I get my attorneys fees added in, this will be over $40,000 that we are talking about.
