Is Aspen heading there? Any other major players?

Stihl has some nice blade for cutting ice into igloo blocks. Stack them and use the mod-bit torch to slightly melt them and weld the blocks together for a good watertight/airtight seal. And you don't need to go to Allied to get the ice either. Should cut down on material costs. Exactimate has line item inclusions for saw blades, torches, propane, and gas anti-freeze for your fuel too.

Estimators on Call

If you are going to head up there, I would bring some floodlights. Daylight is a little tough to come by this time of year. I think EagleView has come coverage in downtown Anchorage.

I can check but I am not sure there is an Xactimate code for Moose Hide roofs.

lol, that would be a tough nut to crack. Eskimos, frigid temps, no housing, and no relief until May!! Not very many people in Alaska and most of them people can do for themselves without the help of outsiders. Do Igloos have shingles
