Tom, where the accusation is false or not, it still costs tens of thousands to defend it.

Rocky, I know, but he mentioned that he and "many" others had worked for these guys and didn't get paid. I was wondering what the contract looked like. sounds like there wasn't one. that was my point.

It's only libel if it's proven false, I believe.

I think that Ronnie is pissed. You would have thought that the "word" would have gotten out sooner before everyone got screwed. That is why we have written contracts, insurance certificates, and down payments.

I feel your pain but unfortunately I cannot let you name names on this forum. There are a lot of bad guys out there but you and I run the risk of getting sued for libel (whether its true or not). I am sorry and good luck.
