Using Technology To Keep Workers Honest

Got some workers cheating you on hours? Go to Gander Mountain or Cabellas, get a deer camera for $69. Hang it in an area of the project away from where it might capture others. Tell your crew that they must park in that area every day if they want credit for hours worked. Deer camera digitally captures everyone who came and went, with a time/date stamp onto a memory card.

Bam!

They don't even have to steal the whole camera. Last year my neighbor had somebody that kept stealing the memory card out of it.

I think you would need a more expensive deer camera, one that broadcasts to you in a another location. That way you would get the picture with time/date stamp of the guy that just stole your deer camera.

I wouldn't catch anyone but myself and I already know what I did! :laugh:
