getting behind on payments, anybody know how long before GMAC sends the repo guy, just tryin to hang on, work is picking up appreciate any help Thanks

BE PRO ACTIVESell something!!!!!! on craigs(free) list/ebay want adds. Thats what I did when I was disabled last year. I found out I could do without a lot of things. Never got behind on anything, was late but never more then 18 days.

terry is right...they usually only defer two months but YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE INTEREST FOR THE TWO MONTHS before the deferal becomes active. If you are already be hind, that might be difficult. I planned my deferral ahead knowing that I would have difficulty making full payments.

Ditto on what Terry said. Call them Keep in touch. They loose money on repo's so if you think you can make it up tell them

Give them a call, tell them what is going on and ask for a deferral. I think they will defer 2 or 3 payments a year and will go retroactive if you are behind but you have to be honest with them.
