Sometimes you just have to wonder.... Why people don't ask more questions BEFORE hiring a so-called roofer. This was a TPO repair which leaked since the day the roof was installed the frustrated property owner gave up after multiple attempts by the roofer to stop the leaking.

This one was a classic shingle roof screw-up. The contractor had overlaid the original deteriorating shingle with 3/4" staples... Guess What? It was not covered by insurance and the property owner had to replace the roof prior to renewing their insurance policy.

I post a lot of my photos on my Facebook page. This was a six month old TPO roof. There was ponding water on every roof and the contractor was in big trouble with the insurance company and management company.

Good stuff. It is a "slab" type version of chopped fiberglas!

This one was left me almost speechless... They poured Karnack or Apoc and threw in some shingles for good measure. The sad part is they actually charged the property owner for this!
