Yes it does... did it ever leak at the shingle tie-in?
I'd say this one qualifies:

This was a Atlas shingle roof that had a very bad "rash". The manufacturer did not stand behind the shingle, and the homeowner ended up replacing the entire roof.

"Texas has one of the highest rates of fraud in the roofing repair industry!" -Texas State Insurance Commissioner Eleanor Kitzman
Here's a great video I just uploaded: BAD ROOFERS EXPOSED! http://youtu.be/IZpGPPN2pvk
This video should make you laugh!

Why worry about using a professional roofer, roofing isn't rocket science!

Here is one of my favorites from a roof in Dallas, Texas.

Just because TEXAS does not require a roofing license doesn't mean you can be a roofer.....
Nice page Mike... I was thinking of doing the same. I mostly consult now and adjust but have a large consumer roofing website. I was thinking of having a page where other roofers could send me photos like these with links back to their website.. Not sure if that would go over or not.
Well done Mike!
It was a mess! Instead of tearing out the TPO and SPF we applied "roofslope" encapsulating the entire area. Added positive pitch and solved the issue of the term bar and TPO. The entire roof was coated with elastomeric coating.
theroofmedic Said: You will love this one- SPF over a asphalt and gravel roof with a TPO around the roof hatch with a termination bar. Of course it leaked and the original roofer could not be found.
No membrane around the hatch/ up the curb?
Yes it's my usual 60 mil rubber
theroofmedic Said: Nice cricket- Is that EPDM membrane? If it is how did you terminate it?

One side had a little bit of rake we termed w/ term bar and ran the other side under the shingles.(The pic above) The other was stripped in over shingles/ flashing.
If I remember correctly :S
