I will be the first to report Florida, in particular is on the cusp of an expanded roofing bonanza. The bell is about to be rung over and over again. The stage is being set. The approaching storm has just begun. The potential of exponential epic proportions. The Tempest Prognosticator, is a 19th century invention in which leeches are used in a barometer. The twelve leeches are kept in small bottles inside the device; when they become agitated by an approaching storm they attempt to climb out of the bottles and trigger a small hammer which strikes a bell. The likelihood of a storm is indicated by the number of times the bell is struck. B) :) :) B) Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day
Whoa, the first URL you set, too much reading, sorry. This last one was good, Ciak. I watch my birds after the storm, field day in my backyard. Besides that, the whole insect thing behooves me. I have lived here for 22 years. last year a new bug showed up...the stink bug. You squish them they stink. I just catch them and throw them out the door. Don't know how bad they stink, don't wanna know. Weather definitely has an effect on creatures. I have gone through the meally bugs, spiders, millopeids, beetles, box elder bugs and now stink bugs. Let me greatful here, I don't get mosquitos. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: PC
Look out worms after the storm. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpv9P1KOVMQ B) :) :) B) Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day
The leeches generally get agitated "after" the storm around here.
I am not. Citizens in all their wisdom a few months back decided that many residents they insure are going to need new roofs. This is for the entire state. http://www.fairinsuranceratesinmonroe.com/cpic.html B) :) :) B) Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day
Surely you jest Chuck!
How many bells are you hearing today? Are you sure it is the leeches? Or maybe too much sunshine, where it shines damn near every day. B) PC
