The guy who said: "The customer is always right":
A) Was a genius B) Was a customer C) Never finished his sentence: as in (the customer is always right...sometimes)
In answer to the question. He didnt finish his statement. I don't make as much money as Macy, Hudson, Kresge, Robinson, May or Crowley. They have to make a $50. unhappy customer happy, Our customer spends much more.
If you missed crossing a t or dotting an .)in your contract you are between a "customer is always right" or "buyers are liars'. You have to make a decision on what side of the fence you'll make them fall. If the "customer is always right", he probably has you backed into a corner, putting your pride and your integrity on the line. Either way, you're probably not going to get any referrals out of them, but your chances are better if you swallow your pride and suck it up to make him happy. On the other hand if he is truly trying to screw me then I'll fight for what is right and my integrity.
"Give the lady what she wants" is the quote you are loooking for.I think is was Macy, but it could have been J.L.Hudson.
If what they want will not work, then it is time for some more education I think
Genius. It wasn't Macy, was it?
E, the customer is always right......when you let him think he is, then bump up the invoice to make you feel better about kissing ass.
A) Genius It is the most important part of customer service.
But, we know the truth in our hearts. If they are just too wrong we don't want to do business with them anymore so then they are not a customer. Only our customers are always right!
D ):) Wrong when the customer doesn't pay you. B) :) :) B) Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day
