New to forums and hope I am not out of line with this post.

I have sold roofs for a number of years and prior to that I was a GC in Florida. A few years back I became a lic public adjuster and have been working with a couple of companies in the north east doing estimates/supplements and public adjusting when needed. It was a good fit because I got to spend a lot of time at home with the family.

Due to a lack of storms in the northeast this year I am about to have a tough winter and need to earn some cash. Over the past couple of years I have built a book I use for supplementing. It contains codes, policy interpretations and sheets I designed to send to ins companies explaining things like waste, drip edge, ice & water, etc

Not meaning to brag but everyone who has seen the material wants it. I literally have several thousand hours of research into it and it works. My question is do you think there is a market for this and what would be a price that wouldn't scare people away? Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Andy

If the asking price aint to high, all kinds of trades would want that if it's not on the market already.

Dearest Andy:

Uh Oh, it's the Forum Police. You are not out of line trying to get honest feedback. I hope you get the info that helps you make a decision. A few good products were launched here. When you get ready to market it, get out your wallet. Mama's got a lot of bills to pay. ;)
