Hi ya'll I've got a stucco wall leaking thought it was the roof at first but after running water it's the ext wall. Cut the sheetrock out on the inside and water is beading up from top to floor. Anyone know off a coating to seal this, would have to look good it's at the front door . thanks

it's a constant problem down south. i have never seen any roof in a bucket products do well long term. i suggest copper or stainless flashing, installed with cleats and properly soldered at the joints.

Call my friends at SureCoat Systems http://www.surecoatsystems.com/. About a year ago I was in their office and they showed me photos of a hotel in Texas they fixed. Half their rooms were uninhabitable. I can't remember the specifics but the walls were leaking and they fixed the whole hotel. I am sure they have something.
