I have been thinking without the bailout and stimulis our money would not have been spent to bailout these banks, ins companies, investors, corps etcc... the same people who now have controll over the money and assets we owe on what would have happened?

Would them troubled banks and investors corps have had to liquidate assests / accounts inventory? at like half price? and would not have the responsible corps , banks, investors have bought them at a discount then worked a deal out with the people who were having trouble with them assets accounts etccc? and they would have say picked them up for dimes on the dollar so there would be alot of wiggle room right?

Have you looked at a GM truck lately like mine 2007 sold for 38k when i bought it now they are 58k -- They got bailed out so now they do not need to liquidate or cut prices -- same goes for banks, corps, and insurance companies

Talk about the 1 out of 8 houses in foreclosere the bank will eventually own that property and get paid full amount of its worth by the GOV bail out then buy it back at half price with no interest -- Without the bailout maybee the homeowner could have negoiated the price with the bank that bought out the liquidated bankrupt bank - For half price and a little interest. now that kicked out person is probably collecting off the gov as well as the bank that should have been bankrupt.

I am getting ready to really kick butt!!!

It won't do you any good this year, but it will make you feel less helpless: Find the TEA Party candidates in your area and support them.

In the meantime keep struggling to survive. It's like the 2 guys out hiking when they run across a grizzly bear. One of them sits beside a tree and begins putting on his tennis shoes. The other guy says "What're you doing, you can't outrun a bear?" The other guy says "I don't have to outrun a bear, I just have to outrun you." The more this economy takes roofers out of the game, the better your chances of survival.

Minnasota: the problem with you is that you think that they think it should be fair; it isn't and it never has been. The rich get richer and we get to pay the bills. If we don't have any more money, we just have to work harder and get some. You don't expect those blue bloods that have never worked a day in their lives to actually get their hands dirty, do you?

They can bailout all they want but if they don't fix the leaks nothing will get better.

I guess what is really getting to me is i have made it a year and a half through this poor economy waiting for it to catch up -- (Riding it out) well now that my savings is pretty much depleted and i have bills to pay i will be forced to start liquidating my assets to pay bills. so the banks, corrps etc that should have been forced to liquidate a year ago got bailed out which if it were not the case of the bailout i could have bought them out now i may be forced to sell out to them.

Minnesota--- it definitely had a LOT to do with propping up prices. If you got 100K in the bank, are you as willing to butt heads w/ these guys out there now that are.... butting heads?

Before Dubya & O did this Tarp thing, I thought here we go, there will be some great bargains in real estate out there for us who have worked & saved. Instead they are trying to take our savings.

Don't forget.... Vote Dem/ Rep
