Insurance work with xactimate here will get you around $45 to tear off, and about $200.00 M&L installed, if you are lucky. That is 30 Yr. one la>>>

My price is the same as in the other thread. I don't know my cost on 30 yr. shingles. 40 yr. GAF Tiberlines cost me around $96.50 a Sqr. out of Miami. Generally, I sell a tear off for $150/Sqr. I dry in w/ Grace or Polyglass TU+ for $150 a square. T>>>
