Look what I found today. What a mess. I got it back together though by the end of the day. Didn't get any tin on though.
There is 222 panels plus the gutter pieces and the parapet wall. The job is in Newtown PA.
My son cuts and back primes all the pieces each day after school and we work together to bend them.

If it would ever rain you would have plenty of shop work bending panels. Thats a good job to do by yourself. Doylestown?

The old sheet were longer then they look because the tin used was seam tin. It came with soldered seams every 2 foot. The actual panels are almost half the rafter length. This roof was neglected and never painted on a regular schedule. Thats the problem with this kind of roof. Historical society made him replace with LIKE FOR LIKE
