The guys got to the job this morning at 7:30 am and the trailer lock had been cut off and everything was gone. What a crumby way to start a new week! about half will be covered by insurance. the rest, we will have to eat. If I could catch them, I would castrate the bastards!

Yea that's shitty, and made me dream about getting robbed all night because this is the last thing I read before I went to bed. I woke up a little frantic/pissed
We keep our trailer connected to our dually and drag it every day because of all the loser thiefs around here. It happens. Of course, they have hit our garage before but only took a cheap shotgun.

Tinner, who said anything about using a knife? I would use the Knurled part of my AJC hammer and about10 swings with a bit of time between each swing. How can you steal a man's tools? They would be pissed if someone stole thier cigaretes or thir big screen. It baffles me!

Well that sucks!! I was in Miami a few years ago working on school portables in a fenced in compound. Had a tool trailer slap full of all the goodies blocked with a dump in front and a forklift in back. Bastards pulled it out sideways and left with it. I had to laugh at the thought of the wheels all warped after that, could not have pulled worth a darn. Damn insurance did not cover any contents, just the trailer.

I feel for 'ya........at least they didn't steal the trailer too like our thieves did. We got a $13K restitution order from the federal court but the criminals (Cuban) are back on the street and I haven't seen dime one.

I have had my tools stolen and found the pawn tickets at the pawn shops. Had the perp arrested and tossed in the slammer.
