soffit pay

how much are you guys paying your subs for installing soffit and fascia on new homes?

Are you talking about just covering the soffit and facia with metal or vinyl or actually building them with wood?

In new construction don't they get paid 50%?

"Here's 1/2 your money. I have another job for you. When you get it done, I'll give you 1/2 again......."

I remember what Dean the Builder told his Uncle Dave who did his mechanical work: "If I have to pay you, then I'm going to have to get someone else to do the work"

IDK Birdieman, what little I know about modern workers, pay them in promises. A bird in the bush seems to be better than a bird in hand to them

??? Weird question. :huh: I have them look at the job and give me their price so I know what to charge the client. :)
