Installing a 16" snap loc panel on this house. Not sure how to handle this and would really like to get it right the first time. I have a plan but I'm not real fond of it because of my limited experience with metal. We aren't in snow country but we are susceptible to a foot or so on occasion. Should I do something other than metal or do I need to have a pan soldered at my local tinner?

I've always went around making pans, but I do like the simplicity of that. I'll get a couple practice pieces and see if I can hack it. Otherwise, I'll be putting in another slope. Thanks for the input.
Robert Said: Break it to go up the wall then crimp it as you fold toward the pitch flatten the crimp as needed to the pitch might even find something a little softer for the dead valley as they due sell softer grades for bendingThis is what I would do, with a minimum of 10in bent up the wall.

Take a flat sheet and box the end don't cut it you can box if you wrestle it right I've done it not easy but can be done.
Crisis averted. Wasn't thinking properly but I'm good to go now. Ill post pics when done in about 8 weeks.
Thats what I originally wanted to do, with rubber. My supplier sold the job though, and they would prefer to stay metal. I might say tough titties, listen to your roofer.
Pull the siding. Add slope and put rubber in there. Or a pan if you'd like
