Slate seminar in Kentucky

I am a member of the North American Slate roofers association and we are having a meeting in Kentucky the first 4 days of July. Should be fun and I get to give a presentation on slate repairs. I guess the "old school slate school" is up and running after all. That only took about 3 years! Anyone down Frankfort way?>>>

We had a great time at the slate seminar. Just got back tonight (Saturday) and I am trying to catch up with what i missed while I was away. Small enough so that everyone can be involved, and well organized enough so that everything went smoothly. In Kentucky, I was worried about the weather, and theat even cooperated. It was in the high 70's and low 80's with no rain...In Kentucky in early July.

Dennis, go to slateroofcentral.com and go to the info section. It is from the 1st thru the 4th of July in Frankfort Kentucky, and the cost is $260.00 I believe. The Timber framers guild uis going to be there too as is the Preservation trades network. Also, slateroofers.org>>>

Also, I'm in need of approximately 50 pcs. 14"w x 22"L used mottled green/purple Vermont slate. 1/4 - 5/16 thick
