having the proper counter weights how high can i hang garlock shutes with out securing to building i done 4 stories before no problem

Anchor the hell out of it on top and stabilize it with two or three anchor points part way down. You will be able to swing the bottom of the chute over the opening of the dumpster that way and direct the trash into the container.

trash shutes 6 stories and at the bottom pull the shute off the wall over a i store about 15'. normally i would have a crane pull off debris or use a hydralic hoist but there no access and with the lower roof section hoist is no good. 200 sqs.

I think you are talking about trash chutes. How high are you proposing?
