Should I not be Annoyed?

Sometimes these electricians seem so ANNOYING!!!

Shootin' a bunch of 9" screws through a basic type B deck, but the electricians have lain a lot of conduit on the trusses by the channel of the deck. The roofers have a tough time a avoiding the conduit.

Electricians apparently enjoy repairing the wires, tho...

That's job security...somehow I'm sure. We did a church once that had electric ran along the decking. That was a long day for their electricians. New building too.
