Should I be scared?

I'm talking to all of you, MY BOYS. I've been here long enough. I am getting harassed by a former boyfriend. Constant calling. I have already reported to the State Police. He has been warned not to call me. I have violated that warning by talking to him because of the annoyment. Literally just pissed. Things have been quiet for a month and it just started again. I have had over 30 calls just tonight. I'm in a quandry, don't want to get him in trouble BUT I don't want to get in trouble either. God, we hear about this crap all the time. I did call friends tonight but noone answered so I'm asking you. Please give me input. I don't know if I'm being unnecessarily parinoid. PC

I have let this go, hoping it would settle itself. Last evening after numerous calls unanswered I finally picked up the phone and put the threat through that if I got one more call I WAS MAKING THE CALL. I hate this, don't want to do it BUT I will. Never been here before.........I have caught more hell from my friends about this than you can even imagine. So I'm in trouble, no matter what direction I go. On the serious side I will make the call. I hope I don't have to. PC

call the police,and document everything,man has a problem,don`t let the next girl be his victim

Call the troops EVERY time he calls ( just so its on record ), have 22 on you till this is dealt with,from what he's done so far I would be concerned..screw the patience and stuff just deal with it..JMO.

Last call was 4pm today. I was not home. I promised my daughter that if any other calls come in I will be on the phone with the Troopers. She & I were at the Nursing Home picking up my Mom today when he called and apparantly just reading my face, she knew who it was. Unkown to me, my daughter took my phone and when the next call came in , she read him the riot act. Ciak, you can call me a lot of things BUT a drama queen I am not. I think this is a valid concern and totally unnecessary harrasment. This is spontaneous behaviour.

OS I do have a little 22 and it won't take 5....let's hope we never have to talk about that. Thank you all, let's hope it is over. PC

You have warned him. If your serious do not put up with the harassment. Do not give him the message he can continue. You are sending mixed messages by saying no and talking to him. Here are my thoughts, it's Holiday time. A bad time for many people. I think things have settled for the day. Today. Christmas is a month away and I bet I have reruns a month from now. he doesn't have family in the area. I want to be patient, I want to understand but I also don't want to be afraid. I now have friends on alert, if I need to make that call, I will. Let's all hope I don't have to. It has been peaceful for 1 1/2 hrs now. PC

Mike, it started again this AM at 6:37am 7 calls already on the house phone ....6 on the cell phone, it's only 7:20am. I answered 1 with the threat of him spending Thanksgiving in jail. Haven't had a call in 10 minutes. I know this isn't the end. Nothing but trouble coming up. All it will take is one call from me to the State Troopers and he will be officially charged with harassment, because I'm already on record with a complaint. This really sucks. I'm thinking of an alternative. I need to think, someone else intervening possibly but is that fair? I hope I got through to him, I can be a bitcher but not a complainer. I need a little time to think, thanks to all allowing me to vent. I hope it is over. PC
