Shingle price increases definately coming soon

I know that shingle manufacturers are going to raise prices this month, I hear around the 20th of May, going up about 10%. , and then another 5% on top of that by September. I am planning for it now, as I am allowing for this in all bids I am giving, I am not going to get caught again like I did last year. Have any of you heard about this? I am thinking these people are making a killing already , now they want more. What can you do but pay?

I don't know how much any ofthe roofing manufacturers are making. Same as my customers think that just because polyurea is sprayed, that I MUST be2 making a killing.

It's all conjecture until you know2 the numbers.

I don't mind that. What I DO MIND is seeing OSB jump to $16.00/sheet instead of the $8.00 I have been paying. What's up with that? Lanny
