Allright guys, as you can tell by the username, I am the Newbie of the bunch. I'm working very closely with Vickie and team to help maintain The Roofers Exchange, make RCS more informative and interactive, and bring new ways to deliver necessary roofing>>>

What do we have to do to get roofers to use email and the internet?

I think that there are many roofers who have never used a computer. If you haven't used one it is intimidating. If you can show them how easy it can be to use and let them know t>>>

I found a good work-around to use fewer clicks. When lurking, I open 2 tabs. If I want to reply, I sign in on one and can post on the other with a simple refresh. Still a PITA though!:ohmy:>>>

Can you put links at the bottom of the page to get back to the forum menu so that I don't have to scroll to the top after I am done reading a topic? That would be helpful.>>>

What I usually do after I edit is make sure the point's not too sharp and then wiggle it around inside my ear. That's if I don't have an old chopstick handy.>>>

woody, down on the lower right hand corner of your post you will see a reply box, a quote box, and to the right of those, a pencil. Click on the pencil.>>>

I useed 'reply topic' and later ended up at the 'front door' of the site. No links on that page would get me here. Just that modified 'skinny forum instead. I had to go to favorites to get back. Only 6-7 clicks.:woohoo:>>>
