Dear Orlando1. Place an ad in the RCS classified section on this website. I will leave this posted for a few days until you can put it in the correct area.
Yes Twill.....I got what you where saying...I was just venting a bit off-track.... :)
Was not quite the same thing Tom. The guy I am talking about was in the sub/sub game (labor broker).
I know I am not always the highest guy. So don't get me wrong on that count.
The point I am making is Selling Quality. Not trying to under cut everyone OR work for somebody else's price.
If I can do a job on my terms, which is my quality and price, I am much happier than doing somebody else's spec for somebody else's price.
Such as oh I don't know.....um........INSURANCE WORK! B)
Hey Twill...I've had to do that a few times....Having to gain the confidence of a customer who's been sold by some knuckle-head/no-nothing immitation of a roofing professional, at some outrsagous price, that we, the actual/authentic roofing contractor, will preform at a much higher level, for substantially less $. It's called "knowing what your doing &/or being good/proficient at what you do".....That's truly bizzarr-o.....I feel like telling them.."we can certainly charge you more, if that makes you feel better"....
I still remember sitting in a bar and hearing a fella BRAGGING about how he "sold" a job by being cheeper than the other guy.......
Bizzarr-o
So....a canvasser is a salesman? Or is the guy who signs contractor work at sub contractor prices a salesman too?
Help me out here.
