I AM NOT SELLING ANYTHING so that is clear.

Since i have nothing better to do with my days i like to help roofers like yourselves with sales stuff and trick that well very few have heard of or seen.

Prequalifing the right way so you know everything you need to before you walk in the door also eliminating tirekickers

Closings with tricks i have used that work like a charm.

Answers to basically any objection the customer can come up with.

Canvassing and so on

Dealing with Insurance companies and adjusters to fight the stormers with fire if not napalm.

I am just trying to help out some guys well to pay it forward to someone who might not know something

I am just seeing if anyone would like some help or wants to learn something new or get something back that was forgotten.

If you goto roofing.com under roofing business you will see a thread roofing sales. Thats some proof i know what i am talking about.

Aside from that i would like to hear from some of you guys out there and just try and help. I have helped somewhere like 30 or 40 people in 2 months.

Give it a try what could be a few minutes could make you more money or a higher closing ratio.

As far as the insurance help this will bring you to the promise land with adjusters!

Insurance Help Questionnaire

Are you using any software to assist you with the adjusters?

If so what are you using and why that program?

Do you pay for the deductible for the customer?

Do you canvass for leads?

If so how many are you using in the field?

Are they trained properly to get leads and able to have rebuttals at the door to get the lead?

Are you using telemarketing?

Do you do mailers?

If so why?

Are you using a camera to show defects in the roof, if so who do you give them to?

Do you manually measure the roof or are you using software to measure for you?

Where are you targeting your area?

How do you target the area?

Do you know the hot area’s if so how do you know?

Do you honestly want help getting the money you want versus whatever they pay you?

How are you trying to close these deals with the insurance adjusters?

And I have more so emailing me I have a better understanding your needs so filling this out would make me customize your need rather than general info and I WILL not do that because everyone is different and trying to respect each person and meet their needs do that clear up the problem? What do you wear on estimates?

Do you park in the driveway?

Do you take your shoes off?

Do you have a folder with all your info in there?

Do you have any budget for ads?

What is the first thing out of your mouth when you answer the phone?

Do you have a good reference list?

Do you shave for the estimate?

Do you own a laptop?

Do you own a digital camera?

Do you know what a close is?

Do you get your own leads?

How do you talk to the customer?

Do you have a pitch book made with every answer in black and white?

Do you have cards?

How do you ask for the sale?

Are you willing to spend the time and money to make yourself successful?

Are you willing to talk to yourself in the mirror or another person practicing the close and pitch?

Do you know anything about roofing?

Do you call back the customer a few days later to see if they have any questions or concerns you may be able to answer?

And what do you say when you call back?

Do you pre-qualify the customer on the phone before going to see them?

Are you the first guy in the door?
