rubber wheels for roll form machine

i'm not sure if the pic will show up but i need the 16 rubber wheels that run the metal through my roll form machine. my supplier quoted me something like $3,500.00 USD!! i that true? i still have to add shipping and duty to that. has anyone been successful with any home made solutions? you know what i'm considering!!
