We are getting ready to launch a roof repair and maintenance company in Kansas City in January. I have always focused primarily on residential roof replacement and commercial roof restoratio>>>

I'm big into roof maintenance, I've got over 50 customers that get annual work done and a little more than that that get every two or three year work done. The one thing I haven't been able to do is establish a formal program to do it. There are just too many variables to have a fixed price/date settup. With a few exceptions, they call me when they need it and I charge what it takes to do what's necessary.

Time, time, time.... If only I had the time.

I must say, doing patches on commerical roofs can be a pain in the ars... forget about patch'n this and try'n that.you can't give garantees on your work. you have to do a very larg section of the area you think is leaking, not just a patch.>>>
