RABOIN

We joined the Slate Roofing Contractors Association this past year, and Today I got a copy of the "Traditional Roofing" magazine and it has the article I wrote about roofing round or conical shaped roofs in it. We have done a lot of them over the years>>>

You have a copy of that? I seem to have read it a few years back, but don't know where I read it, nor where it went.>>>

Old School

CIAK I just write because I like the subject. I have read a lot of different articles about doing cone roofs and all of them went a really long way around the subject (pardon the pun). I figured this out about 20 years ago, and it works well for any type of round roof. It just about eliminates all of the guess work and all of the problems and makes it really simple.

I don't worry too much about people making money off from me because so few roofers can (1) read, and (2) want to take the time to do it right. I figured that those who are really roofers would know how to use the information, and would do it wisely.

Hey, I am a "published" author now too. How funny is that?>>>

So sorry to hear that. Good to know that you have been around and to have you back though. I enjoy writing, but as you mentioned there are a n abundance of books and articles written that are so much crap. I like to write about things I know; thus the a>>>
