I hope to finish the first phase of repairs on this one tomorrow. When I hit my $$$ cap, I pull off between stages and come back when the budget is good.

You could have just used that new stuff in a spray can that they show on television. They make boats out of screen doors with it, should be able to fix a leak. ;)

Looks good...

Though nobody asked, I did it this way. 4" headlap at top, 3" under the bottom.

You can do that with slate and not much else. It looks great!

They are fun OS. This is roofing! I finished this section today and went around to the front where there is an overhang. I found out I cannot save it. A negative headlap cluster! from 0" to 2" negative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food for thought. Yes, I did set these at nearly keyway over keyway.

What was I thinking?? How to correct this? What did I do?

( Actually, the nail looks silver, so that combo may have already been there, but I did leave it!.

I have done a few like that. It looks like fun to me. You mean you charge for that? How does that work?
