Port-A-Potty OK On McLane Food Service Roof?

They're putting a new TPO roof on the local McLane's, where they store ice cream and other frozen foods. For a week now the roofing crew has had a port-a-potty in the middle of the roof. I would think this would be frowned upon in a food storage facility...

Let me get this straight ... when the dispatcher sends you all out to different locations and you're the one told to take the leak at McLane's, you pretend to check out the a/c unit?

Hi Roofguy I used to do repairs,leaks on McLane's in Temple Tx. No port-a-potty just hide behind a/c units :laugh:

That reminds me of the story I read this weekend about the poor guy that accidently got cooked at Bumblebee tuna. Tuna salad? No thanks, I'll have the chicken salad instead.
