This client had two other companies come out first before I got there. There was a stain on the ceiling directly below the window ledge that ran in a line about 8 feet long. They both informed him that the flashing needed replaced and quoted to do such.
I informed him that the window sill needed some holes drilled in it and then small screws drilled in to hold it tight against the other piece of wood and that it also needed caulked before and after doing that.
And that they could replace all the flashing they wanted but if this is not done the leak will continue.
The area below the ink pen let the water on the inside part of the bricks and down to the ceiling of his breakfast nook.
He hired on the spot and i fixed it in 15 minutes!

could be just remember to change the url to img in the start and end tag
this is how to add an image to your Topic/Reply
I dont know why you get a url tag around the image text
That saying cant teach an OLD dog new trick
when you upload a file it puts the correct code in automatically
thats how I got the images for the 3 steps in
step 1 highlite the image url

step 2 click the Image button

you get this

that give you this

I'm talking about next to the reply form under the Emotion icons. after you paste the image url into the form highlite it and click the Image button
I don't see an image button either just a "click here to see URL " I click it and I see the picture, or perhaps the image button is just for the orginator of the photo.
Ole Wille, Nice pen did you charge enough to by another lol
then why do you have url tag instead of img.
after you upload the photo the surrounding tag is img not url
Its right next to the URL button [Image]
Willie if you click the Image button instead of the URL button it will show the images
