65 million people who add 2+2 and get 9. Quite an accomplishment.

As Bush did with Gore, thankfully Trump knew the real game was the Electoral College. Had it been the popular vote, Trump would have ran a different race, and still won.

I fear for this nation and my grandkids' future. When so many people really think that handing the SCOTUS over to the most corrupt family in American political history, that is scary.

The power in this nation lies not on either coast, but in the middle. We have the right kind of power, the kind you can't do a thing about.

But does anyone really think that Hillary would have been better than Trump? Coz if a lot of people believe that, I'm buying more ammo for the coming revolution.

Go ahead and make the ammo dealer richer and get ready for the revolution , because as per the last election results about 65 million people thought than Hillary would have been better than Trump.

Fallacy 1: The SCOTUS is not the be-all-end-all when it comes to behavior. God is. Christians believe that we will have to answer to God at the end of our days if we condone the murder of the unborn.

Fallacy 2: Californa is broke, both financially and morally. No need for proof beyond that to establish that their lifestyle is flawed and unsustainable.

But does anyone really think that Hillary would have been better than Trump? Coz if a lot of people believe that, I'm buying more ammo for the coming revolution.

[/quote] This is circus ,which becomes drama when you think that involves the most powerful office on the planet who the rest of the mankind looks up to for guidance and leadership.

the word "socialism" has a bad connotation but it turns out the most socialist institution in America is the US army ,the crown jewel of the American conservatism pride lol. http://www.thedailybeast.com/troops-of-the-uniform-unite-the-military-is-a-socialist-paradise http://firebrandleft.com/us-military-socialist-organization-america/

My main objection to California is the "dream it and it will happen" mentality. They dream it, it doesn't happen so they think the dream wasn't big enough.

As for abortion, the libertarian side of me says "if they don't want their child, society shouldn't be burdened". But on the other hand, a local science museum has a display of fetus's in one month increments and it is very obvious to me what you are terminating after 5 months. I think every woman considering an abortion should view a similar display.

As for Planned Parenthood, I think everyone should be at least curious what they are really doing as for as tissue harvesting. Not wanting to know means you have a suspicion they are going beyond even your personal bounds.

In the Republican primary, Trump was a tie for me for last place (with Lindsay Graham and Huckabee). Had the Dems put up anybody but a Clinton, I would have preferred them to Trump.

As for CNN, they are partly to blame for Trump. The way they (and MSNBC, NBC etc.) gave him free airtime all through the primaries, it was obvious they wanted him as the weakest opposition. And poor, dumb, arrogant Trump was clueless what happened, he actually believed they were doing it for ratings because people loved him so much.

I'm just glad to be back up here in the Rockies - Sorry for ya'll's angst & dismay.

Coming from a simpleton; I feel the term "progressive" has been hijacked by the left, as has immigrant/immigration.

My sis & hubby are libs/progressives- Live right thar in Marin co. While visiting, last summer, the uncle, basically, in so many words, tells my 18yr old that he needs to really explore what the worlds all about when he goes off to school. That's there's much more out there than what his parents think, etc....

My son tells me this and, (thank God), has the capacity to realize the projection ism, (that a word?) - How these people that live in such a bubble are so incredibly naive.

Seriously man, It's just drama. Not government. Not policy. Not even a plan. It's just some weird little boy/ girl/ Days of our Lives Drama.

I just came home from the Dollar Store. At the register there was a People magazine, I think. The Trumps were on the cover. As was the word "Presidency".

Anyway, it was at that point my heartached too, but it was also a revelation. This is not a Presidency. This is Drama.
