Old PVC mambrane

I looked at one today where the ballasted membrane had shrunk and pulled the coping and the wood blocking right off from the perimeter of the roof. It was over a concrete deck and the wood had been bolted down around the outside. In a few places, it had broken the 4 x 6 boards and pulled them right out of the bolts. The one side it hadn't done that, the membrane had just let go and there was a 4 foot wide split down the middle of the roof. Trees too. Wow!
