Off to sunny west palm

Getting ready to check out a job in West Palm Beach. 30 Square copper standing seam roof and 800 Ft. of 6 inch copper gutter. also have 86 copper window and door pans to make. Looks like I'll be in hot sunny Florida for a few weeks in the middle of summer. I'm Going to meet the builder and architect. There is a few details on the print that need to be resolved so I'm hopping we can work them out tomorrow. The main roof will be Brazilian Mahogany 18 inch wood shingles. All the copper roofs are hipped and wrap around the house. I will be posting pics as we go.

My recommendation, work 6 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 8 pm.

You can order pieces up to 26 feet long and they will ship them to you. They also have strip mitres for the corners and all the accessories you would need. tons of them! When I chop and drop, I will cut the mitres to exact length so it is easy to install it. Very nice!

There are very few gutter runs over 20 ft. 25 miters.Solved must issues and made a few more. lol The home looks a lot different then the print I have when I questioned it, the builder said "yeah we made a few changes, maybe you should get an updated set of prints". I wonder when or if he was going to tell us there were changes if I had not noticed.

Copper, take a look at the post I did a few days ago about a slate repair and copper gutter replacement. I have one of my brothers machines so I can run it seamless. It is really slick. If you can't get access to a chop and drop down there, you should look up my brother's company @ classicgutters.com that is the way tpo go.
