New Construction Question

We are getting back into this market after 20-years away. Not really excited about it but TPO seems to be a commodity product with lots of bid opportunities.

I don't want to shoot myself in the foot with builders by asking stupid questions, so I'll ask my stupid questions here. :-) Lets say the bid is on a new motel which calls for numerous electric exhaust fans and HVAC curbs, are those items typically provided by the roofer? The plans don't specify.

While I've seen regional differences in who supplies what... that's only been skylights, drains and hatches. In our area, plumbers supply drains. In others, roofers do and plumbers just hook up. But the curbs, vents, etc... I've always seen those as part of the HVAC contract.
