Made me Grin!

:laugh: A RCS lurker came by the other day. Not too unusual since I talk to many from here or elsewhere, and even DIY'res from across the states call or drop by, but that's getting ahead of myself. :)

Anyway, he had some questions about some things I do and talk about so I took him out to some of my jobs, new and even 20+ years old. We were looking at one when my phone rang. The caller ID said TRG and you all know who that is. I just said "Hello God." and his eyes got kind of big. TRG and I talked for a few moments and I then handed the phone over so they both could badmouth me. When they finished and I hung up, the newbie said "All I could think was WOW, even GOD calls you for advice!" :laugh: :laugh:

After reading what we post for a long time, you kind of get to know who is BSing and who can tote the load so to speak. I surely don't know everything, but I know a lot about a few things.

I remember when I first looked at the postings years ago. I had thought i was the only one with the unique set of problems that roofers have. Great to know that it is the same across the country and overseas too. Nothing changes.

I have no problem at all calling some of the posters here about questions. :blink: :laugh: B)

I don't even remember. The comment made my mind go blank! We talk often just to BS, and other times to bounce ideas and/specs back and forth. Sometimes to ask how so & so could underbid something.. Like, what's he leaving out or not seeing, etc. :)
