If Yes, I would need your help because I just bought a house here Its a 4-bedroom Single family home Bungalow in the city and I will like you to understand that I will be paying for the inspection of the property for proper handling and estimation. I need the full Roof Installation for the house. Will you be able to do that for me??? Please do provide me with the total cost for of the Roof Installation, I will like to make a deposit of $250 for the inspection and estimation of the property. I hope you do accept all major types of credit cards???I would need a little favor from you because am presently recuperating from the diagnosis of lung cancer and am still in the hospital. I'm having a little problem with the initial owner of the house because I only paid 85% payment of the property. She does not have the facility to accept credit cards payment for me to balance her. I had somebody fill out my free estimate form two days ago and ask how much shingles would be delivered to their house, excluding installation. They live 500+ miles from me. They also sent an email stating almost the same thing. I thought it might be spam, but could it be ignorance??

I get disgusted because I am sure that a few of them are for real, but which ones? everyone gets painted with the same brush.

I was at a job yesterday though and had a guy come up and ask for a job. He claims he was really good and could do just about anything...of course he wanted to work "under the table" Shoot, I said, I am working on a roof, not on a table! What are you talking about? Yeah right!
