Anyone got a good blank lien waiver form or a source to get to be signed by all involved as the homeowners seem to want them after the stormers did there blow and go!

If you don't find any on your search, email me and I'll share mine. I basically created my own following examples gleaned from mortgage companies and title company documents. It's not hard, nor complicated. Essentially, you want your subs and material suppliers to sign a document stating that they've been paid and waive their rights to place a lien.

One question I have about the process is how do you get Home Depot to sign your material waiver if you've paid cash for the materials?

If you go to Yahoo or google and type in Lien waiver, some will pop up for you and you can then print them off. Very nice!
