Still woody. To be truly safe, that ladder should be scooted forward about a foot and the guy in green should be vertical to Mr. Butt Cracks' legs.

I noticed that even though it potentially upsets the "center of balance equilibrium", the guy in green avoids standing next to the fat guys' exposed butt crack.
