Willie's not worried ANY!

I have finally found my place in the strange world of roofing. And it only took a quarter century to do it.

In fact it's the other way around.

Rather than take my work they create it for me! ;)

I had a conversation w/ my supplier yesterday regarding shingle price increases: He sez " Ya know Tom, if there was just three roofers in your County controlling the market you'd all be getting rich too".

We both paused a second, laughed real hard and agreed, that NO.... chances are that two of the three would not ......

I was feeling good today!

I gave a guy a bid for a repair and his eyes got really big, his faced turned red and then he blew all the air out of his lungs through his mouth with it barely opened.

It sounded like some kind of machine letting off steam!

Interesting. Nearly 1/2 what I bid per square. Oh well, we have those here too. :) The repair work keeps me busy. :)

The cap for a metal exhaust flue, like for a furnace or hot water pipe. The ins cos replace them here.

That's their terminology not mine (like Turtle Vents)

Ok you lost me on the rain cap???? I know what rain caps are for diesel exhaust...not sure what roofing rain caps are. Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day B) :) :) B)
