Jack Stack Blog

There is a new blog about small business at the New York Times that I was just told about and thought I would put it in front of my friends at RCS. It looks like he will be posting once a week. 4 posts so far. Jack Stack has a very interesting background in developing what he calls open book management. His book The Great Game of Business is really quite an amazing story and an intriging idea. I wish I could say I was practicing his method but I am not. I have listened to him speak in the past and it was well worth the trip. I recommend anything this guy writes and I thought some people here might enjoy it.
