Hi Friends,
We wanted to let everyone know that we are providing Infrared Thermal Imaging for Pre- NDL warranties on projects where you are doing a recover. Most roofing manufactures require that the roofs be inspected for any moisture trapped below the surface or insulation prior to doing a recover or lay over. The infrared's are then submitted to verify the existing conditions.
We are available for Infrareds on any project in The Texas,Oklahoma Ark,or Louisiana. The costs vary depending on travel. Our walk over prices start at $ 375.00 here locally in Dallas Ft.Worth. We can also provide full blown reports with existing conditions for Insurance mediation or storm damage.

I'm a certified Level One Infrared Thermographer, trained by Snell Infrared. I found it very hard to convince customers why they should pay thousands of dollars for a service that did not repair their issues.
Course, that was 10 years ago and infrared is more known these days. Still, I sold my Raytheon PalmIR Pro imager for a lot less than the $18,000 I paid for it.
