Infrared Inspection as a Loss Leader

I'm finding the best use of my thermal imager is to separate my proposals from the other guys by pointing to things they likely missed. I do infrared inspections for free as part of my roof condition report - everyone wants something for free.

Rarely is it the case though that there isn't some work that needs done on a roof.

If you have it anyway, why not use it?
