We pay $10/sq. just for the weight fee at the dump. Tear off for $15/sq.? No offense, but I'd get a paper route and mow lawns and baby-sit before I'd do tear-off for that. Not even close imho. We put so much extra stuff into our scope of work, at $>>>

I agree terry. We use a spreadsheet here but before "here" I never did so try to stay away from it, and even when required to forward one to "the big boss" I do it the old way first. There is an estimator here who rarely visits the site before he puts>>>

you shouldn't be doing what the other roofers are doing anyway, most are doing it wrong. your price per sq or per job should be based on what YOU need to make not what "larry" down the street is making.>>>

In my experience there is a lot more to estimating than just having some numbers to plug into the holes.

You have to take everything into consideration, not only how many squares of material. You need to factor in how many layers you are tearing off, w>>>

buy an axactimate program since ur new and have deep pockets chasig storms there price up here is around 175.on 38. off 48 t vents 60.78 heat caps drip edge 1.51 thats a 30yr i get 220. going on the rest stays the same good luck if u have any questions c>>>
